SHIPMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to request an exchange for an item purchased from ArabicKicks.com, you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The product must not be used or worn beyond initial inspection.

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If it meets the exchange criteria, we will proceed with replacing the item. Products that show signs of use or are returned in a damaged condition will not be eligible for exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION

ArabicKicks.com reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock unavailability or system error. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and any payments made will be refunded.
